Out of these two people, Kyle Dak and Marcel Bourbon, who is a character I invented, and who is the soccer version of a real life celebrity? Kyle Dak is a fictional character I made.... inspired by KEVIN DURANT!  If you guessed he was the fictional guy, you were right. I gave him the same birth city, college, drafted team (Seattle) and also gave him a controversial move to a defending champion, as well as the "I am not a role model" tweet which is an EXACT Kevin Durant tweet. Marcel Bourbon is someone crafted in my own imagination! My goal was to create a sort-of difficult guess to see which character was which both characters, but for sports fans, there were a few clues in Dak's tweets to make it obvious that he was inspired by KD!

Kyle Dak. Dak is a 23 year old American footballer who also currently plays at Chelsea F.C. He was born in Maryland, and would attend the University of Oklahoma where he pursued a career in soccer, also known as association football. He would be drafted by the Seattle Sounders in the MLS Draft and had a successful career in Seattle. This summer, he got a transfer move to join reigning european champions Chelsea, which has left a lot of his Seattle fans feeling betrayed as he left in the middle of the season. So far, Dak has been successful in England, but has also had a lot of social media criticisms which he does respond to. He has two siblings, a sister and a brother, but he is the oldest. His main goal is to give his family a better life, and he has done that after signing a really expensive deal at Chelsea. Marcel Bourbon. He is a 32 year old French footballer that currently plays at Chelsea F.C. He was born in France and also continues to represent the French National team. A shining moment from his career and life was lifting the World Cup trophy with them in 2018. He is the only son of his family, and even though they were relatively poor in childhood, their love is very strong. He completed public schooling and pursued a degree online when he began his professional football career at fifteen years old. Apart from his parents, he has a lot of football inspriations, including Ronaldo, the Brazilian one, Maradona, and especially Zinedine Zidane, who is his all time favorite player and idol. He’s a warm, friendly guy who is also a great leader. One example of his friendliness is with new teammate Kyle Dak, who he’s had some fun interactions with on Twitter. He is fluent in French and English, and gets along well with players from around the world. His major strengths are on the field, but...

Taylor Stolworthy is a college student enrolled at the University of Tampa. In high school, he had a long acting career where he starred in over a dozen plays and musicals, and also won three awards for being one of the top actors in high school. In high school, he learned to code and even participated in Lockheed Martin’s annual Code Quest competition. At college, he’s continued to hone his coding and graphic design skills as he pursues a New Media major. He also is working as an Athletic Communications Student Assistant for the UT Sports program, where he assists in calling play-by-play, social media, stat-keeping, and more. Taylor's true passions come from the world of sports. Following everything from baseball to football, to auto-racing, to association football (or as it's called in the US, soccer,) sports are a huge part of his life and work.
